I recall a handful of Jobs stories about user experience. Not sure how much of them are true, mostly OS and HW use things he griped about. Of course there’s also the open letter he sent to the music industry lambasting them for how they were treating customers. Sure, it was a play to bring more money to the iTunes store, but he wasn’t wrong.
