If you’re in business and you don’t believe in DEI, you’re an idiot.

DEI means getting different points of view, different experiences, different backgrounds. All of which are better for the bottom line.

Yeah, but so is price gouging, layoffs, enshitification and shrinkflation.

It’s impossible to imagine that those in business are not idiots that don’t believe in DEI.

Especially for a company that is a global one attempting to appeal to as many different demographics as possible to make money from everyone. Difficult to do without diverse input.
