This is the source that you have to add in AltStore PAL: hottubapp.io/altstore/pal

The app itself looks pretty but is rather janky despite being in development for many years now (I remember it being available on jailbroken iPhones years ago).

Hot Tub may also need to pay an Apple fee at some point, but that will depend on number of downloads and revenue earned. The app is free, but there is a pro subscription available. Apple charges apps a Core Technology Fee (CTF) for each install after their first one million installs, but the fees don’t kick in right away for small developers.

Don’t even know what to respond to this, looks like the only true way to distribute apps without Apple’s involvement is still jailbreaking, how ridiculous
