Private somebody, certainly.

Throw out the nonpartisan federal workforce, replace them with private contractors who take their orders direct from partisan political appointees. That way they can carry out the President’s political agenda without any of those pesky “laws” or “facts” getting in the way.

The possibilities for grift (contracts going to Trump’s relatives, big donors, whatever CEO fawns on him the most on Truth Social) are just icing on the cake.
