That’s too bad. Their Mammoth app for Mastodon is pretty good and has a curated feed feature that kinda helps new users get content into their feeds, something that people who are used yo algorithms complain about when they try out Mastodon.

Yeah, I really enjoy Mastodon, this news sucks. Got any recommendations on what I might replace it with for iOS?

I’ve really enjoyed Mona. It’s definitely worth the very nominal fee if you want more features, especially if you have multiple accounts.

Oh, that’s a shame. I was on the TestFlight for Mammoth right back at the start, when everyone was looking for a decent app because Twitter had just murdered Tweetbot.
It was a fine app, but Ivory ended up being slightly more fine.

I use trunks and like it quite a bit!
I enjoy Ice Cubes!
I assume it’s a typo, but just in case: Mammoth stops. Mastodon isn’t going anywhere
I think they mean they enjoy Mastodon as a network, and when they say "any recommendations on what I might replace it with" 'it' refers to Mammoth.

Is this not FOSS? With all the options, I don’t understand why people go commercial. Finance FOSS.
