[SOLVED] debian graphical installation, question about partition tables

I’m on partition disks, configuring LVM on a computer with 2 drives: /dev/nvme01 is the device I want to install in, SCSI2 is a storage HDD I do not want to format, I need the data.

What bugs me is ‘the partition tables of the following devices are changed’: both drives.

Am I going to lose data in the second drive, SCSI2, if I proceed? Should I physically remove the second drive instead?

ETA: thanks for your input

If you are unsure I would certainly disconnect the second drive just to be sure and have piece of mind.

Likely changing the “active” flag or boot stuff, but as the other commenter says, if you aren’t 100% confident, disconnect the scsi

also if you "need" the data on SCSI.
2 backups are recommended anyway, but esp before fdisking around with partitions.
