EDIT: On rereading, that community seems to be about growing communities. Whereas, this community is about migrating people from legacy social.

Yes, they can complete each other. Fedigrow for growing communities, yours more about external promotion.

But maybe we should find a different name for something less confusing. Maybe Fedipromo or something similar? To emphasize on the external promotion aspect
