I love healthchecks. It’s so simple and easy to incorporate in to… anything much?

I love the train illustrations. I’m not sure they’re that meaningful or accurate, but OpenTTD is my jam so it earned my attention anyway. I guess healthchecks is cool too.

Interesting read, it does seem like time to start looking at horizontally scaling the workers based on request pressure. Having a dynamic number of workers that can do the database updates and then quickly release the mutex should increase throughput.

The train illustrations are awesome. LOL I have never played OpenTDD before, but at one time I was heavily into Cities: Skylines. Healthchecks.io, from my reading, is pretty cool stuff. I don’t run enough crons to justify all it can do, but still…pretty cool.
