What do these 3 /(?:United Earth|Star) Fleet/ Officers have in common?

No answers like, “They’re all from Earth”, “They’re all in some version of Starfleet or United Earth Fleet”, etcetera.

My Answer

All three have stolen a Dodge-branded car. In fact, Paris and Archer stole nearly exactly the same kind of blue Dodge Truck, Archer in ENT:“Capenter Street” and Paris in VOY:“Future’s End”. I found this out while browsing the Memory Alpha facts for the Enterprise episode. ___

Bonus if you can think of other weird ones.

What do these three Starfleet officers, Jonathan Archer, Tom Paris, and James T Kirk (SNW "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow" version), have in common? Oddly specific, non-superficial ansewrs only.

They are 3 people who’ve never been in Cliff Clavin’s kitchen.

Good performances from quality actors overshadowed by fans whining about how they wanted the character to be a different character.

Adult white male … the exact human model we want to portray to the universe and new alien species. It’s the model human we’ve always been striving for.

Am I right?

Painfully true, unfortunately.

@data1701d

All play Americans in a show where Earth is supposed to have world government and humans are part of an inter species collaboration government.

Um, actually, we don’t explicitly get told Tom Paris’s nationality (although he’s from California in beta canon), and alternate Kirk has never even been to the United States.

Still, overall a funny catch.

Most aliens have forehead ridges; some, like Tandarand, have giant cheeks. But the humans, they have… pronounced philtrums!
