A bunch of no talent ass clowns over at DOGE.

The problem is, they’re a bunch of talentless clowns with nefarious intents and access to your sensitive data.

I am currently doing everything I can to take myself off the digital grid. Not like cabin in the woods, just self hosting and dropping Google and Microsoft. I really hope these people see justice in a courthouse if we make it through this.

“…checked [an API key] into GitHub…”

Ouch. But who hasn’t?

“Elez removed the key from his GitHub but the key itself was not revoked, allowing continued access to the AI models.”

Okay, that’s deeply bad…Maybe has no idea how API keys, or the Internet works…? Definitely lacks security advisors (or has them and ignored them).

Ouch. But who hasn’t?

I haven’t. Committing keys in git repos is beyond sloppy. Whoever does it needs to be fired immediately.
