Well, you shouldn’t. The FCC wants its fine powers back so it can put any anti-Trump media completely out of business, or at least force them to toe the party line.

That’s not the FCC people need, which needs to be able to deal with companies taking advantage of consumers (e.g. putting on illegal stickers that say “warranted void if removed”).

You’re thinking of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

FCC governs broadcast media (TV, radio, airwave everything else).

And the Consumer Protection Agency, which does the same thing as FTC more or less.
