I don’t really see many benefits of this since it seems to take the same space as a normal laptop

Potentially privacy? Like only you can see your screen. But that’s also a downside if you want to show someone something

The ergonomics look great.

You get a much bigger workspace. I’m not sure if those glasses have sufficient resolution yet, but moving your head to look at different windows is a lot more responsive than swiping between virtual desktops and fits better with how your brain handles information.

Man, this looks neat, but that shot of this guy with Apple’s Vision Pro goggles on… Jesus Christ, they are insanely dorky. They make Google Glass look cool AF. I guess I just never saw people using them until now. Not a surprise… Who would buy that nonsense? Apple hasn’t innovated in decades.

The vision pro is hugely innovative and a major technological achievement. Still a solution looking for a problem, though.

I don’t like Apple, but saying they haven’t innovated in decades is just objectively wrong.

I know right!? They definitely innovated the headphone jack out of my phone

TheDarksteel94@sopuli.xyz on 24 Jul 2024 11:19 collapse

Lol, yeah. I hated that too 😄
