The Venn diagram of an asshole who makes a hatespeech bot (which sadly isn’t fictional) would just be a circle. Just saying, you don’t need to make your numbers hit exactly 100.

It literally is, that’s where I saw that kind of bot more than once.
And a 100% reason to forget the name.
