We’re having a bit of an ATC crisis, as I understand it. Not enough people are able to do the job, not enough of those able to do the job want to do the job, and those who are able and want to aren’t getting paid enough and are dramatically overworked. Stress and exhaustion levels are high. This means more mistakes get made.
