It‘s very depressing how everyone keeps shifting the blame instead of doing something. Even law makers abuse the topic of child safety to end internet privacy.

For the average user, might as well. Most people don’t use PCs in casual settings and most Android phones come with Facebook preinstalled.
Especially in developing countries. A lot of people there have literally never experienced the open web.
